3:06 p.m. – Police took a report of a man with a gun loitering at a downtown lodation. No gun was found on the person.

8:39 p.m. – A mother and three children seeking a place to stay came to the police station for assistance. At 10:24 p.m., police found accommodations for them in South Amherst and transported them to the home.

8:57 a.m. – A 2001 Dodge Caravan was stolen sometime overnight from The Boulders. Police are investigating.
5:05 p.m. – A Trek bicycle valued at $450 was taken from a bike rack at Brandywine Apartments.

4:37 p.m. – A vehicle parked at Townehouse Apartments on Meadow Street was entered through a broken door and 50 cassettes were reported stolen.

3:48 p.m. – Police are investigating the theft of $212.57 in seafood, including lobster, snow crab clusters and shrimp, from Big Y Supermarket on University Drive that took place on Friday.
