Gazette March 18 guest columns by Terry Mollner and Rob Okun were spot on. Let me add that I hoisted my pint of porter on March 17 to honor an Irish serf/Saint who helped drive the snakes (metaphorically) from Ireland and to two Irishmen lynched in Northampton 1806 for their immigration status. While raising the glass, I also cheered for Evacuation Day when Henry Knox and American revolutionaries dragged cannons from Vermont to Boston to send the King/Colonizer’s snakes packing back to England and cheered even louder for the Venezuelan baseball team for winning an exciting World Baseball Clasico…the true world series.

Mr. Mollner (former board member of Ben and Jerry’s and world economist for social responsibility) clearly outlined an American implosion and reasons for economic collapse [“Is the collapse of the American economy next?“]. Mr. Okun’s call for “Each One Reach One” strategy to send the wannabe king in our White House packing. [“The Each One Reach One strategy for No Kings“].

Help send a message to the world of what true Americans believe in and reach beyond our happy valley to someone that may need a little nudge to help put boots on the ground on March 28. No need to promise the sweetness of their favorite Ben and Jerry’s flavor, promise them a little hope to overcome fear that a fascist regime can bring. No Kings No Empire “Each one… Reach One!”
