In an uncontested race, voters elected Raina Kittilstved with 163 votes to a three-year School Committee seat. She replaces Ken Cuddeback, who opted not to seek reelection after more than 30 years on the committee.

Voter turnout was 4%, with 183 votes counted.

Kittilstved, 47, is a lab instructor in the chemistry department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has been president of Deerfield Elementary School’s Parent-Teacher Association for four of the last six years.
