Having read the story about photographer Isabella Dellolio’s documentary abortion project, I thought it must have felt very freeing for these women to say finally what they had been holding in. (‘There shouldn’t be a stigma,” Aug. 26)
I was also thinking that it might be a great project for this photojournalist to interview and write the stories of women who have found themselves in this position, with an unplanned pregnancy, but who carried to delivery and offered the child for adoption to couples who couldn’t conceive.
It would be very interesting to read how they feel about their decision years later.
