Pedal taverns work! They look ridiculous, seem unlikely, but have been enormously successful from Dublin to Denver. They are very popular with bachelor/bachelorette parties. When they roll by everyone is having a ball. Denver has a model that works, no reason to reinvent the wheel — or pedal.
