AMHERST — Former State Senate President Stanley Rosenberg will be the host of a new weekly program focused on Amherst town politics and state government affairs.
Rosenberg is working with the League of Women Voters of Amherst and Amherst Media for the “Byline with Stan Rosenberg” program, which will feature interviews with players in local and state politics.
The first episode, featuring a talk with Amherst Town Council President Lynn Griesemer, will air Dec. 28 at 8 p.m. on local access cable Channel 17, with a rerun at 6 p.m. Dec. 31.
The program and also be available on Amherst Media’s website and on its YouTube page.
The rebroadcasts will occur each at 6 p.m., leading into the live coverage of Town Council meetings.
Rosenberg previously served as host of Amherst Media’s election night coverage in November.
