What else don’t we know about Brett Kavanaugh?

While Brett Kavanaugh was applying for his last judgeship, he was interviewed by Congress. A question came up about water boarding, water torture, and he stated he was not involved with any decisions on the subject while it was being done to our enemy detainees under questioning. Months after he was picked or accepted for that judge position it came out he was involved with water boarding. A few Republicans filed papers to the Dept. of Justice stating he lied to Congress — but he was never charged. Once he was in that position no one wanted to make waves about it.

Now he is applying for the highest judgeship in the land, a promotion.

I think it’s time to bring it up. The same Republicans are acting like it never happened. But it must be on record somewhere; it was never sealed. Lying to Congress should not be allow you to become a Justice of the Supreme Court.

Just because you got a pass on it in the past shouldn’t mean you get away with it in the future. Especially now that you are going in front of Congress again.

It makes you wonder what we don’t know about. Maybe in the 100,000 pages Donald Trump is claiming Executive Privilege on. Former President Bush gave his okay on releasing these papers. Another President shouldn’t be allowed Executive Privilege on subjects that came up under a former President especially after he gave his okay on the subject of Brett Kavanaugh.

Are we afraid of the truth? The Truth is the Truth. What all members of the government swear to when they take the oath of office.
