Beth Goren of Amherst sent me an email about her trip to Sao Paolo, Brazil where she co-taught a Body Mind Centering training program for a month. She wrote that it was much chillier in Brazil than she expected. She had been there in the 1960s and ’70s. The house was not heated. The solution: take a hot shower, jump into bed and use a padded jacket to maintain body warmth.
