“Kindness is the beginning of healing.” The words of my transport worker at Cooley Dickinson Hospital as he delivered me to my husband’s car after a 3-day stay for treatment and a minor surgical procedure. We are so blessed in the valley to have such an amazing hospital with dedicated doctors, nurses, “techs,” staff and even a special chaplain, Rev. Yohah Ralph. My husband and I are eternally grateful to have this excellent facility in nearby Northampton. Love and gratitute.
