Meg Hart: Heartfelt thank you for supporting the ABC Fall Foliage & Cider Run

The Amherst Committee for A Better Chance (ABC) would like to express profound gratitude to the community for their overwhelming support of our traditional annual fundraising event, the Fall Foliage & Cider Run, held on Oct. 19. With almost 500 participants, this joyful event raised a record $50,000!

The success of this event was made possible by the generosity of attendees, sponsors, volunteers, and the positive coverage of the Amherst ABC program in the Daily Hampshire Gazette. The newspaper’s article played a crucial role in raising awareness about our mission and encouraging people to join us in making a difference in the lives of black and brown young men through access to educational opportunities.
