* A 57-year-old Grafton man will be summoned to court on a charge of allowing the operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, following a traffic stop on South Pleasant Street Monday at 11:08 p.m., police said.

Stanton Putnam

BOSTON - Stanton Wesley Putnam, a 12th generation member of the Putnam family, who were among the earliest settlers of Sutton, died with dignity on Aug. 27, 2008. Born the first child of the late Stanton Darling Putnam and Doris M. Keith Putnam, of Douglas, he celebrated his 80th birthday on Aug. 26.

The maternal grandparents are Carol and Robert Biagi of Amherst. The paternal grandparents are Bonnie and Dan Rejman of Kiel, Wis. The maternal great-grandmother is Henrietta Biagi of Midland Park, N.J. The paternal great-grandmother is Roberta Brustkern of Iowa. Enzo has one brother, Maxwell.
