Condolences to the family and friends of Jane Price, who died at age 103. The most striking thing one noticed was her red hair. She kept the color and had shoes to match.

She taught English and was a department head for decades at ARHS.

She was active in the community and her church.

She was a voracious reader. We were in the LWV Book Group. And she was in others.

She was intelligent, funny, insightful, kind, gracious, decisive and generous.

She was loyal to her family and friends.
